Do Good Brew Apricot Beer is based on the same recipe we brewed the Rosehip Beer for Sasu Laukkonen and his Michelin Awarded Restaurant Ora.
This is one of the few recipes that we nailed on the first try. With rosehip it was an instant hit and the same continues with the apricot.
The sourness of the beer comes from sour malt which we believe is the best way to balance the sourness and still get a great mouthfeel.
This beer works well by itself but is also great with cheeses or creamy deserts. |

We love NE(D)IPAs but we also love to challenge the status quo.
To cater to the both of these points, our first ever NEDIPA is an Asian NEDIPA where 20% of the malt bill comes from flaked rice and the (future) king of NEIPA hops, Sorachi Ace, is making is magic!
Other hops are Rakau, Willamette and Citra. |

This Australian Sparkling Ale we created for a Finnish Startup Varjo and their Generation 4 headset launch event.
The beer is heavily dry hopped with Motueka and Vic Secret hops but we still tried to make it session-like for a great drinkability.
Not sure if Australians would call this an Australian Sparkling Ale but we did! :D |

Do Good Brew Common Beer is our first ever available beer we created for Kim Mikkola and his Michelin-awarded Restaurant Inari in Downtown Helsinki.
The target was to create "just a normal beer" that would still surprise the drinker with thicker mouthfeel and tons of flavor.
The beer was served with Inari's signature dish of duck pancakes.
We recommend to pair this with casual foods like burgers, pizza or warm sandwiches. |

We created this for Kim Mikkola's pop-up restaurant at Helsingin Juhlaviikot in 2022.
The target was to make a crisp beer where you can really taste rice.
This beer pairs nicely with many asian flavors from sushi and noodles to korean bbq and vietnamese banh mi. |

Do Good Brew Cranberry & Heather started as a prototype for Michelin-awarded Restaurant Grön's fall menu 2021.
We created this thick and delightful sour beer with huge amounts of Finnish cranberries and heather.
The beer ended up to be to bold to pair with their delicate dishes but we fell in love with this and hided the recipe to our special drawer (most likely somewhere around Ilpo's home office).
For the 2023 holiday season we wanted to brew something special so we brought this back and made a batch of 140 bottles of this beauty.
It goes superb paired with conversation of friends and loved ones but you'd also want to try this with creamy cheeses or pastas. |

We wanted to design a beer where you can taste the dark malts but that is still more elegant and refined than your porters and stouts.
At Grön the beer was paired with their smoked chestnut icecream that we believe is an ultimate match for a beautiful dark beer.
We'd also pair this for game and hearty meat dishes. |

For the winter 2024 menu of Michelin-awarded Restaurant Grön we created this beautiful saison flavored with Finnish blueberries, lingonberries and pine needles.
The beer looks stunning in vibrant red and the berry flavor is matched perfectly with the pine. The resin from the pine needles keeps lingering in your mouth and will create amazing combination with the food it’s paired with.
The beer is paired with a dish of gently steamed cod, onion dashi, camomile and rutabaga oroshi. |

Late last year we heard Valtteri Sinkkonen and his team were working to open a Banh Mi place in Sörnäinen, Helsinki.
We’ve heard about these baguettes so we went and checked out the, then pop-up, place.
Needless to say, the food was amazing so we offered team N4ku a beer to match!
Our rice beer is based on our California Common but half of the barley is replaced by rice flakes. We learned that there's a reason why not many breweries brew rice beer from which you can actually taste the rice :D
The beer is hopped with Sorachi Ace hops to give it the taste of luxurious Japanese lager.
Both us and the N4ku Restaurant team are super happy about the pairing so head to Kulmavuorenkatu and give us your opinion! ? ?

To pay proper homage to the spirit of Restaurant 'Outo,' or 'weird,' we brewed an apricot gose. This beer is based on a similar brew we created for Restaurant Ora last year, and we fermented it with a repitched yeast strain harvested from our Michelada Gose.
The result is a multi-layered beer with fresh apricot flavors as the driving force, accented by hints of spices and a slight afterburn. We promise that any lingering heat will vanish when paired with the spice-infused, Asian-inspired dishes on Juho's menu. |

We’ve invested quite a bit of time to brew beers with umami from various sources.
The scale is from subtle to extreme and we’ve gotten pretty positive feedback of them all.
This release is our house Imperial Stout base with added freeze dried porcini mushrooms. The umami from the mushrooms plays very well with the thick Imperial Stout base.
This beer also showcases our vision where we want to bring new aspects to pretty much everything we do. |

Our self grown rhubarbs are flavoring this 6.9% abv beer that is fermented with a blend of @whitelabscopenhagen saison yeasts.
Although it’s matured a short one month in a foeder it’s still very fresh so if you enjoy this in early autumn 2023, expect to taste lot of acidic rhubarb and the saison yeast being a bit in the background.
If you give it a few months you will experience a more balanced combination of each.
Our saisons mature very well so expect to see very well balanced beer with new characteristics each year if you keep it longer. |

A Michelada is a Mexican drink made with beer, lime juice, assorted sauces (often chili-based), spices, and chili peppers. It is served in a chilled, salt-rimmed glass. There are numerous variations of this beverage throughout Mexico.
In Mexico City, the most common form is prepared with beer, lime, salt, and particular hot sauces or chile slices. There are several other optional ingredients, such as Maggi sauce, soy sauce, Tajín, Worcestershire sauce, chamoy powder, serrano peppers, or clamato.
We believe this is the closest you can get to a genuine Michelada from a can. |

Vanhankaupungin Suklaa is the only artisan chocolatier we found from Finland who sources and roasts their own cacao nibs.
Maybe for this reason the taste of chocolate is something we have never seen in our beers before! The sweet cacao butter and the bitter after taste of dark chocolate is perfectly paired with the sourness of the cherries. |
